Mike Kostyo, Productions Manager for Datassential Chicago, began his career in politics and communications, but his passion has always been food. After earning an MA in gastronomy from Boston University, plus certificates in the culinary arts, baking arts, wine, and artisan cheese production, he began working for Datassential, a leading supplier of food trends and market research for the food industry. As the Publications Manager at Datassential, Kostyo oversees the production of seven TrendSpotting publications, covering food trends in the U.S. and around the world.
