Growing your network in an authentic manner with a focus on real connection is a skill that must be developed and practiced. If you ever been the target of a serial networker whose intention is to meet a business card quota as opposed to having a meaningful conversation, you know the difference between networking and a real connection. Making a real connection is not difficult, it requires generosity and full engagement.

Join YLink and Jennifer Buchholz for this after hours workshop to learn more about how to connect, get a chance to practice these skills, and get some feedback on your approach. This workshop will give ample opportunity to practice your new skills with a facilitated speed networking format. You’ll learn how to:

  • Practice the application of networking skills
  • Get the conversation started
  • Get the most out of your professional interactions and relationships
  • Build valuable relationships
