Request for Proposals Deadline Extended to May 12, 2011

The Summit:

The Financial Literacy Summit II is seeking proposals from educators, Institutes of Higher Education, Economic Organizations, Financial Institutions, and members of the community with firm knowledge, experience, and background in Personal Finance. Presentations should be aligned to one of the following pillars of the Jump$tart National Standards in K-12 Personal Finance Education:

  • Financial Responsibility and Decision Making
  • Income and Careers
  • Planning and Money Management
  • Credit and Debt
  • Risk Management and Insurance
  • Savings and Investing

The RFP:

  • The summit is designed for thirty-six 45 minute long sessions. The location for each session will hold approximately 45 participants. Sessions should be informational with engaging activities and resources that can be replicated in the classroom.
  • Presenter(s) will be required to supply a minimum of 45 copies of all handouts.
  • Presenters will be required to provide their own laptop and LCD projector.

Submission of Proposal:
