Respectful Dialogues:
Across Generations

Presented by Ori Murdoc, Senior Human Resources Advisor, G&A Partners.

More than a generation ago, the mantra was "never trust anyone over 30" -- so generational mistrust is nothing new.

Today's workforce includes multiple generations -- from Boomers to GenX to Millenials -- each with seemingly their own expectations about how to be treated and preferred way of communicating.  Layered into these complex interactions are the different generational experiences of LGBT employees and their allies... and often there seems to be a lot of talking, but not much listening.

In this interactive session, we’ll dive into a deeper discussion of ways to bridge the generational differences, build trust and share information in an organizational setting.
