Michael Lewis’s book “Flash Boys” cast bright light on the structure of a stock market that, behind the scenes, has been subject to increasing criticism and critique following repeated glitches. This summer, a series of congressional and regulatory hearings ensued and now an SEC-mandated tick-size study may impact 50% or more of all NIRI members.  We may be at an inflection point.  What must you know to help management understand the implications for your company and its shareholders?

Join Rich Barry, Vice President of the MAC Desk and Floor Governor of the New York Stock Exchange, and Tim Quast, Founder and President of ModernIR, as they share their knowledge of equity markets’ continual transformation and explain what these changes mean for IROs, issuing companies and shareholders.

Presenters:   Rich Barry - Vice President MAC Desk and Floor Governor, NYSE and Tim Quast - Founder and President, ModernIR
