"Efficiency & Sustainability in the Built Environment"

A recent national news article stated that "green" is not living up to its promises, pointing out that LEED certified buildings are, in many cases, performing worse than their non-LEED counterparts and cost more to construct.  However, the article does not identify the design or construction as the problem; rather the black-eye is landing on operations - the facility folks - us...  Come join us as we tackle this problem head-on through expert presentations, knowledge sharing, roundtable discussion, and vendor exhibits.     

Our educational sessions do count as continuing education credits for both IFMA and USGBC credentials.   

As you may know, IFMA, the International Facility Management Association, is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 22,655 members in 78 countries.  Formed in 1980, IFMA certifies facility managers, conducts research, provides educational programs, recognizes facility management certificate programs and produces World Workplace, the world’s largest facility management conference and exposition.
