Hampton Roads SCORE's clients frequently ask, how should we finance our business? On May 6, we offer you the opportunity to learn from experts how to do it. They will address the following subjects and more to help you assess how best to finance your business.

• The Preferred Ways Small Business Owners Finance Their Capital Needs;
• The Five "C"s of borrowing and what banks need from borrowers;
• What the Small Business Administration ("SBA") offers you including its new "LINC" service;
• What Virginia offers small businesses to help them grow;
• The latest crowd-funding developments in Virginia.

Presenters will include the Honorable Glenn Davis, a Virginia Beach representative to the Virginia House of Delegates who is a successful businessman and investor, Lynne Scott, Navy Federal Credit Union's Regional Supervisor and Business Development Officer for Hampton Roads and a SCORE mentor, and Christopher Zobel, who after a distinguished business career, is serving as the SBA's Hampton Roads Area Manager.
