State of the City Address 

Mayor Sam Abed and the City Council, in partnership with the Escondido Chamber of Commerce,  invite you to Escondido’s Annual State of the City Address. The event will be held in the Conference Center of the California Center for the Arts, Escondido on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 beginning with an optional breakfast at 7:30 a.m. followed by the free program at 8:30 a.m.

The breakfast is available for $20 per person. To make your reservation for breakfast you may do so by clicking the "Register Now!" button below. 

The deadline to reserve breakfast is 5:00 p.m. February 20, 2014.

Persons wishing to attend the program may do so at no cost, if they are not eating breakfast.
