Overall Program Goals
- Explain the Partnership for Patients Initiative and the Hospital Engagement Network Program
- Provide Training and Coaching on Human Factor Science and Systems Design as a strategy to reduce medical errors, improve outcomes and decrease worker injury
- Provide insight into the patient/family perspectives of HealthCare (Voice of the Patient)
- Provide tools and resources for the development of meaningful daily patient engagement programs and hospital committee involvement
- Explain the techniques and tools that will be utilized in the HEN program strategy - assist attendees in execution and measurement of the program goals
- Share and spread national infection control benchmarks and strategies
