HealtHIE Nevada Cross Functional Consent Workgroup 

In July 2011, HealthInsight launched a community-based, privately funded Health Information Exchange (now called HealtHIE Nevada).  You may have been involved in one of our workgroups that helped identify issues and develop a Roadmap for the successful start-up of the HIE.

You are receiving this email because you volunteered for, or were nominated to participate in the Cross-Functional Consent Workgroup, which builds upon the work of the earlier workgroups including Privacy and Security, Communications, IT and others.  This group will meet monthly through November to identify issues and concerns and then develop policies and procedures around patient consent and an outreach model that will include both patients and providers.  

The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 6, 7:30-9:30 am.  This meeting will be held simultaneously in Reno and Las Vegas as indicated on the left.
