Join HealthInsight's  Quality Improvement Program, IC³ Beacon Community, and Regional Extension Center for our first Learning and Action Network series. 

  

We invite you and your colleagues to this landmark event in Provo where we will jump-start our community collaboration to promote the best in patient-centered care.

 

We will start the day with a morning plenary followed by learning and action networks.
