Janet L. Jenson, Founding Partner at Jenson & Guelker, P.L.L.C

 Ms. Jenson has practiced health care law in private firms for more than twenty years, first in Los Angeles and then in Washington, D.C.  Ms. Jenson has published a multi-volume compilation of Medicare Statutes and Regulations and Medicaid Statutes and Regulations and aCongressional Primer on Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care Entities and other Health Programs.  She served in Congress as the Chief of Staff for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives where she worked on transportation and health care issues. 

Ms. Jenson regularly advises clients on Medicare and Medicaid payment and reimbursement, fraud, abuse and waste, state licensing and certification and other health care law issues. A member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the State Bars of California and Utah, she is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law where she was a William H. Leary Scholar and Editor of the Utah Law Review for two years.  She also clerked for a Justice of the Utah Supreme Court, and was the General Counsel for Utah's Medicaid program for two and a half years.  She has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Steven Marco, Security Auditor, Founder of Modern Compliance

Steven has over 18 years as a leader in Information Systems Management and Design. A CISA since 1999, he helped pioneer the first Internet Security Services team in Canada while at Deloitte & Touche. At Resources Global Professionals, he led the IT infrastructure role through their International expansion, 20x growth, SarBox audits for a successful IPO in 2001. He successfully pioneered a Health IT professional services line for a leading North Idaho MSP successfully capturing the HIT market. In 2009, Steve was Product Director at DirectPointe, where he successfully led over $2.3M in sales-to-deployment contract revenue. His Security knowledge, IT expertise and innovative thinking makes him a sought after Project Lead and Consultant. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Computer Information Systems Management and Law, CISA, ITIL and HP Solutions Architect certifications.
