HealthInsight Nursing Home Resident Safety Collaborative, Learning Session 1 - Salt Lake City 

You are invited to attend Learning Session 1 of the 2017-2018 HealthInsight Nursing Home Resident Safety Collaborative. This in-person regional event will provide you with evidence-informed information and opportunities for small group discussion to learn from the experience of your peers in an all-teach, all-learn environment.

Objectives: Participants will be prepared to:

1. Describe what a culture of safety would look like in your nursing home
2. Explain the process for incorporating a just culture into your current processes
3. Verbalize how a systems perspective can prevent adverse events

 Who should attend: Nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, quality improvement leaders, corporate leadership, state survey agencies, trade associations, patient safety commission and other stakeholders.
