Virtual Serious Illness Conversation Guide Training 

FJoin HealthInsight for a unique opportunity to receive the innovative Serious Illness Conversation Guide Training from the comfort of your own computer. 

Become trained in Atul Gawande and Ariadne Labs’ structured conversation guide, learn strategies for compassionate and effective advance care planning conversations. This unique training is hosted by Anna Beck, MD, director of Supportive Oncology and Survivorship and an investigator at Huntsman Cancer Institute, and is being offered virtually for the first time. This training is part of a research study and we will be collecting pre and post information to help track effectiveness and improve future trainings. You will receive a research study consent form and links to a pre-survey prior to the training.  

Registration is required, and is open to primary care providers*, social workers, and hospital chaplains in New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah.

Space is limited and registration closes Friday, Oct. 13, 2017 

This training will be held via a web meeting, so you will join from your own computer. Please plan to join from a quiet and private space with no distractions. Technology requirements: a computer, a webcam, and a hardwired internet connection.
