Attention all nature and horse lovers! 

The Diablo Equestrian Heritage Association (DEHA) invite the community to join us for a Pancake Breakfast, Play Day, and Walk/Hike to benefit our Horsemanship Education programs. This fundraiser is a chance for kids and adults of all ages to have a morning of fun with horses in the wide open spaces. Event will be held at CMDTRA Concord Mt Diablo Trail Ride Association, a hidden gem located on the north slope of North Peak on Mt. Diablo just outside Clayton. 

We invite you to:

• Have breakfast
• Pet a horse
• Have a ride on a horse
• Take a guided walk/hike from our clubhouse departing at 11:00 am (weather permitting)
• Learn more about horses and how to care for them

We’ll have various play stations set up so you can enjoy each activity at your own pace.  You can also enjoy nature at her finest on a walk/easy hike through our grounds, where deer and other wildlife abound and there are unparalleled views of the Clayton Valley. 

Experienced equestrians are also invited to come get to know us at CMDTRA, where we honor the contribution of horses to the heritage of our state and community and promote the equestrian lifestyle. 

The Play Day events are open from 9:00-1:00.  The Pancake Breakfast will be served from 9:00-11:00. The easy hike/walk will leave from the clubhouse at 11 a.m. and return around 12:30pm.  Outdoor events and the walk/hike may be altered or cancelled depending upon weather. Pancake breakfast and the indoor events are rain or shine.

Registration is now open.  We look forward to seeing our registered guests. We hope to hold this event on an annual basis.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL!

Register before February 14th:   $8.00 for Children 12 and under , $15.00 for All others

Register day of event:            $15.00 for Children 12 and under, $25.00 for All others

Event will take place rain or shine.  DEHA reserves the right to modify activities based on weather conditions.  Event  and ride tickets are non- refundable or transferable.
