Changing the Workflow: Implementing a Documentation Wiki
Adam Evans and Ryan Williams are presenting the topic "Our Users [sort of] Help Write Our Documentation" at the 2012 STC Summit in May, but they are giving STC Chicago a sneak peak of their presentation on April 19.
From Adam and Ryan: "Creating a feedback loop with our users was half the battle. Once we had feedback pouring in, our jobs changed drastically. Come learn how we created one-to-one interaction with our readers, how we've integrated this feedback with other departments, and why you should want your readers to contact you."
Join us on April 19 at the RAM Restaurant & Brewery in Wheeling for this great sneak peak at their Summit presentation, and, as always, an evening of networking. The cost is $15 for Members/Students and $20 for non-members and will include appetizers and soft drinks (cash bar is available).
