Presenter: Michael Flam is President of FLAMLAW P.A., a business and real estate law firm, in Boca Raton. Mr. Flam has drafted and negotiated hundreds of contracts while corporate counsel for a global chemical manufacturer; as corporate counsel for a national real estate community developer; and as an equity partner at a large statewide law firm in West Palm Beach. He has worked on contracts covering supply, services, manufacturing, consulting, construction, real estate, information technology, marketing/advertising, hotel and entertainment, and for other commercial transactions. Mr. Flam was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1985 and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1987.
