This workshop deals with getting and holding onto local customers. Learn the effective ways to make your company known locally. Additionally, keeping repeat customers is easier than finding new ones. Hear some of the secrets of retaining customers.

You will Learn:

  • How customers find places to buy from
  • How Yelp could increase leads
  • How Google changes affects local businesses
  • How to increase customer retention 
  • Am I sending customers to my competitors?
  • This workshop is designed for local business owners who have a physical store, looking to get more customers from the Internet or maybe have noticed less customers and are not sure what is happening. 

Speaker: Carolina Duarte has an MBA and degrees in Marketing/Advertising and International Business, she is trilingual (English, Spanish and French) and loves helping others. She is co-founder of QuArté Designs, Inc.  a boutique style website development & online marketing firm that helps local and foreign businesses. Carolina has over 8 years of experience in website design and online marketing and loves helping businesses get their dream website. She is also the V. P. Public Relations at Miramar Bilingual Toastmaster club and VP of Fundacion Colombo Americanos Unidos –Broward (FCAU-B)

Fee: $32 for online pre-registration; $42 at the door.
