Creating A Business Plan

You will learn about the different types of plans and how to customize them for your particular situation: external or internal, start-up or established growth venture…Business modeling or full business plan.
You will receive templates that you can start to populate right away with your newly gained insights and knowledge.

You will learn what to include, what to exclude, and what to emphasize while sharpening your management skills in key functional areas of business: marketing research and strategy, business modeling, operations, human resources, and financial.

Owning your own business is one of the classic American dreams; if you are committed to taking your new or existing venture to the next level, then this workshop will send you on your way to developing an effective plan tailored to your needs. The best plan is the one that works for you, not a generic template!

And very important to know is that Broward SCORE mentors will be available to guide you as you develop your plan over the following weeks. This is part of the expert mentoring support that the organization offers to the community.

Costs: $15 payable at time of registration.
