Reopening Your Business - Liability Issues and Staffing Speed-bumps- City of Hallandale

Reopening a business while COVID-19 is still an issue is creating some employee issues that have to be addressed. Some employees might not want to return to work. Others might have child care issues and cannot work the schedule you need. How do you handle those and other situations?

There are federal, state, county, and city guidelines for reopening businesses. Does following them protect a business owner from liability if someone gets sick or hurt from following those guidelines, or not following the guidelines. How can business owners protect themselves?

Costs: $15 payable at time of registration.
