Richard Lewine has over 35 years of experience working with the leaders of small and mid-size organizations, for profit and non-profit, helping them clarify visions, formulate strategy and create personal and organizational goal systems. For many years he managed diverse operations and sales for his own company and grew it to a $6 million enterprise with multiple sales and administrative people. He is South Florida’s leadership, management, goals setting, sales guy. He has sold over $60 million worth of products and services in his career. Richard is also a Certified SCORE mentor.

Simon Coulson, Chief Growth Officer. 
20+ years of experience connecting and growing companies and people's assets in the financial and sustainability industries. As a three-time President Club Winner for Fidelity Investments, Simon led multiple IPOs through the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as tools for raising capital for Junior companies looking to expand. Passionate about creating new market opportunities for clients who use business as a force for good, while balancing purpose and profit.

 

 

 

 

 

Edgar Collado is CFO, COO and CCO of Tobias Financial Advisors and has 15 years of experience in finance, general management and sales roles in manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications and financial services. He received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with a focus on strategy and operations, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University.

Ivelices Thomas, Accomplished Labor & Employment Attorney, Human Resources Executive, and certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator with over 15 years of combined legal and human resources expertise successfully planning and implementing strategies and programs to enhance relationships between management and employees and enhance organizational effectiveness.
