Victor Gonzalez Galeano is a financial services industry leader with a master's degree from Rollins College School of Management and more than 20 years of extensive general management experience. He managed retail sales and service functions with the primary objective of meeting clients' total financial services needs and increasing market share, portfolio and profitability. Victor created a strong sales and service organization, trained and coached a successful sales team through staff development to differentiate service delivery, and managed business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards. Victor shares his ideas in various community organizations.
