What is Giving from the Heart?
Giving from the Heart is a community event that benefits Mercer Island Youth and Family Services (MIYFS).

Now in its 12th year, we invite you to be one of the over 500 recognized and active community members as we raise both awareness and funds for all MIYFS services and programs.

You are sure to enjoy  this lively, fast-paced and dynamic community celebration which is inspirational, informative and entertaining--it's a true tradition among Islanders.

The event is free - the needs are great.

All guests will be encouraged to make a donation to MIYFS.

What are the Benefits?
Your donation to MIYFS touches every member of our community through our programs and services:

• counselors in every public schools
• Seniors -  outreach and advocacy
• affordable family counseling
• job search assistance
• drug and alcohol prevention programs
• food bank
• arrested youth and early intervention programs
• family emergency assistance
• youth volunteer & leadership opportunities
• work-skill development at our thriving Thrift Shop

You may donate online or by mail: MIYFS Foundation, 2040 84th Avenue SE, Mercer Island, WA 98040-2222. MIYFS Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and all donations are tax deductable to the extent allowed by law.
