Be Our Special Guest at the Game and Enjoy a Tailgate Barbecue

To celebrate everyone's hard work and dedication, we are providing complimentary tickets for every USA Health System employee and a guest to attend the USA Jaguars vs. Louisiana-Lafayette football game on Thursday, Nov. 12, at 6:30 p.m. Each employee is eligible for two tickets. We would also like to invite you and your guest to attend a free tailgating barbecue dinner catered by Sonny's BBQ before the game, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Additional tailgate passes are available for $10.

We've designed a special USA Health System Game Day T-shirt for the event, and we hope you will join us in wearing one at the game. The long-sleeve shirts cost $10 and will be sold at the following locations:

• USA Medical Center lobby – Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• USA Children's & Women's Hospital – Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cash only. Shirts may be pre-ordered through each hospital's gift shop. USA Health System Game Day shirts also may be available for purchase at the USA Bookstore on main campus, as well as at the game on Nov. 12. 

We’re also excited to announce that a few lucky employees who register for the event will get to come onto the field during the game to be recognized.

 

Tickets and Armbands

Please register for tickets using the "Register Now" link below anytime between now and Nov. 4. You must pre-register for tickets by Nov. 4.

Tickets will be located in Section S or Section T, as shown in the seating chart to the right, and they will come with armbands that will allow you entry into the barbecue dinner.

Please pick up your free tickets and armbands from Nov. 9-11 at the location you select during sign-up:

Additional tickets nearby are available at a discounted rate of $9. To purchase additional tickets, call (251) 461-1USA. You must mention that you are a Health System employee and provide your JNumber. The ticket office accepts credit and debit cards only. They can process payments up until the day before the game, and they provide e-tickets that can be printed at home.

 

Parking and Shuttles

A shuttle service provided by The Wave Transit System is available for a small fee. The shuttles begin running four hours prior to kickoff and run throughout the game.

The Wave pickup is at the southeast corner of the parking lot of Bel-Air Mall, in between the external mall entrances of JC Penney and Target. Access to this parking lot is easiest via Bel-Air Boulevard or the cut-through access from Cottage Hill Road to the back end of the mall.
