Roshini Rajkumar, communication coach, Roshini Performance Group, didn’t read any books about communication, she learned by doing. Roshini shares insider tips in her book, Communicate That!  During her TV career, this licensed attorney reported and anchored the news, launched an investigative unit, and hosted talk shows on TV and radio. Asked to join the WCCO Radio on-air team in 2007 while she was growing her business, Roshini won a Murrow Award for team coverage of the 2008 Republican National Convention Riot.

Roshini Performance Group will celebrate six years in early 2012. As a keynote speaker and communication coach, Roshini helps C-suite executives, attorneys, athletes, and politicos showcase their WOW! within their industries and for the media.  Roshini is also a commercial actor, radio host, and contributing expert on powerful communication to local and national media. She is an instructor at St. Catherine University’s Leadership Institute and the Center for Sales Innovation in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she teaches businesspeople how to powerfully negotiate and influence.
