Jeffrey M. Garber is a partner with the law firm of Ciklin, Lubitz & O’Connell. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation in both federal and state courts, with a focus on real estate and corporate litigation. His practice includes a variety of transactional work, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts such as non-compete, confidentiality, license and lease agreements. He provides general counsel for business clientele on a wide variety of issues, including general business matters.

Each of us deal with contracts in our professional and personal lives nearly every day (purchase orders; commercial/residential lease agreements; equipment lease agreements; service contracts; partnership agreements; non-compete agreements; vendor agreements; vehicle lease agreements, etc.).
