Alan Goldberg
Alan Goldberg is a marketer, business builder, coach, dynamic speaker, and franchise specialist. After 25+ years overseeing corporate media and marketing strategy and programs for Fortune 500 companies, he shifted his focus to the small businesses community and became a principal in a specialty finance company providing capital to early-stage companies, and start-ups. In this role, Alan came across many bright, motivated and talented entrepreneurs with vision and brilliant ideas. But, their businesses lacked systems and process. Great ideas aren’t enough to help businesses scale and become profitable enterprises.
In 2009, Alan shifted his focus to the franchising arena where entrepreneurs leverage “other” people’s brilliant ideas to serve as a blueprint for a system to operate a business and minimize risk. As a Franchise Consultant, Alan works with middle-/senior-level executives transitioning from corporate jobs, newly minted MBA’s and entrepreneurs.
