During this session, Chuck will share his experiences managing crisis communications for a number of large and complex organizations; his definition of crisis; incorporating your values in your response; the steps you can take to prepare your communications in crisis; and how to respond effectively in a crisis. These are business protection measures that can help your organization survive the inevitable. Despite the topic, Chuck promises an engaging presentation that will be more fun that you might think it would be.

Chuck brings 30+ years of experience in senior communications advisory roles to this session, including service as a Congressional press secretary, assistant to two University of Georgia presidents, and advisor to the CEOs of several regional and national corporations and organizations. He loves to help organizations create their stories and share those stories with audiences that matter to them.
