Sean McColl is a leadership developer and professional growth coach for Next Level Leadership, Inc. He has a strong understanding of leadership and knowledge of the skills that an effective leader must possess and demonstrate. Sean has a wide range of experience in the training and development of people, from recruiting through the hiring, managing and coaching stages and continuing with their professional growth, leading them as they progress through their careers. He has insight, experience and perspective from both a corporate and entrepreneurial background with over 20 years of results-producing direct sales and marketing experience involving leadership roles, client account management, and the creation and execution of numerous sales plans, marketing campaigns and business development strategies. As co-owner of a profitable marketing and promotions company, Sean led the sales and marketing for the firm which grew fourfold in 7 years and then engineered the successful sale of the company to a larger corporation. Sean’s specialties include Leadership Development, Professional Coaching, Strategic Business Consulting and Advising, Team Building, Public Speaking, Negotiation, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, New Business Development, Account Management, Client Relations, Direct Sales and Marketing Communications.
Bill Stokes

Bill Stokes is a Principal with Equity Corps LLC, an alternative executive search firm, where he specializes in placing senior executives in Operations, Technology and Business Development roles across the private sector. Equity Corps helps Founders and CEOs of emerging growth companies land top talent otherwise out of reach. Bill works with clients on Founder succession, CEO and functional leadership acquisition, and interim executive management solutions. Additionally, Bill is Founder and Chairman of the Washington Network Group (WNG), a Washington DC-based organization of senior-level executives in private sector companies, professional service firms, associations and nonprofit organizations, multilateral institutions, the Congress, government agencies, foreign embassies and the media. A DC native, Bill launched his career working in think tanks on K Street. His operational work on international trade and national security issues led him into business consulting, executive recruiting and leadership development. Bill has served on numerous boards including the George C. Marshall International Center and the World Affairs Council of Washington, D.C. He pursued graduate studies at the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, and undergraduate studies at the College of William & Mary in Virginia, and attended Phillips Exeter Academy. Outside the office, Bill coaches youth lacrosse, and recently led his boys' team to an undefeated spring season.
