Leadership as a Strategy:
Becoming Your Own Leadership Coach

WNG Women's Leadership Forum

Thursday, February 22, 2018
4:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Please join the WNG Women's Leadership Forum when we meet with Jennifer Dimotta for an interactive session on "Leadership as a Strategy: Becoming Your Own Leadership Coach."

About this Event:

Developing effective leadership skills throughout your career can be a daunting task, not to mention getting clarity on what qualities to further develop and why. Growing awareness of the female leadership landscape, as well as your leadership strengths and opportunities, can help you build a knowledgeable and successful leadership roadmap that allows you to self-coach with exceptional success.

In this session, Jennifer will share with you critical and qualitative findings on the state of female leadership, the differences and unique strengths that female leaders have compared to male leaders, and the macro and micro factors holding women back from taking on higher roles within organizations. Most importantly, she'll share with you her self-accountable leadership coaching methods, the success she's achieved through her methods and how you can get started today on becoming your own leadership coach.

This session will be introduced by WNG Board Member and WLF Chair, Silvia Dumitrescu.
