2019 Chili, Bean, & Brisket Entry Registration 

This year's chili competition will again be sanctioned by Tolbert. Please review the rules here.

Tolbert points will be awarded to place finishers but require Tolbert membership to be applied toward championship qualification.

Both the bean and brisket competition will be unsanctioned this year.  Rules for bean and brisket competition are posted on the website. 

Overnight (dry) camping requires a site reservation. You may reserve your site at www.derrickdays.com.
