IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN...YAY...SUMMER FUN AND THE CBC POKER RUN!
JOIN US for the Crescent Boat Club's 6th Annual Poker Run on the Mohawk River between locks 6 and 7! This is a great event with high participation and is always open to ALL! We urge you to read thru this email, become as excited as we are, and sign up right away! IT WILL BE A STELLAR EVENT!
For our CBC Poker Run, transient dockage is available on both Friday and Saturday nights for non club members FREE OF CHARGE. We ask that you register in advance so that we can make every effort to accommodate every request. As we expect this to be a big event, please register early.
On Saturday evening, we will be hosting our famous, PIG ROAST BBQ with all the FINE AND FUN side dishes (mac and cheese, baked beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw, applesauce and more!) Our extremely talented and well known CBC pit masters, (Jon Bridge and Keith Keller) along with our amazing volunteer members will be there for our guests and club members!
Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 6:30pm. As we wish for our volunteer members to join in all the fun after dinner, we ask you to please be sure to have your meals served, or made to-go, during these times. We will be closing our food service line at 6:30pm promptly. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Our poker run winners and raffle winners for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize drawings for the Seadoo, Kayak and Yeti Cooler, will take place following dinner.
We then hope you will join us for our DJ and Karaoke Master, Mike Bruce (drummer from "That 80's Band") from 6:30-9:30 pm. Come get your FUN ON and belt out your best tune!
The cost for the event is as follows:
- $40.00 Pig Roast and One Poker Hand
- $30.00 Pig Roast Only
- $10 - Extra Poker Run Hand
