EVENT WAIVER

(PLEASE READ- YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF READING THIS WAIVER WHEN YOU REGISTER) 

I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity.  I should not particpate unless I am medically able and properly trained.  In consideraton of my offer to participate being accepted, I intend to be legally bound, and do herby, for myself, my heirs, executors, waive and release all rights and claims for damages which may have or which may herinafter accrue to me against The Alois Alzheimer Foundation and any subsidiary or political divison thereof, race organizers, agencies, municipalities, all of their respective officers, agents, directors, representatives, volunteers, beneficiaries, succdessors, assignees, other participants, observers, or any sponsors for any and all damages or injuries which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association with entry or participation in the event.  I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes.
