The Alois Foundation Caregiver of the Year Award

Eligibility for the award is: Any person who is caring for someone living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia. Guidelines: 18 years of age or older, unpaid caregiver, resident of the Greater Cincinnati area(OH,KY,IN), Complete the application by 3/2/18. Selected honorees will be acknowledged at our Evening of Hope. One winner chosen!
