Join our Microsoft Certified experts for a full day workshop and learn how to maximize Power BI. Take a deep dive into report development flow, data preparation, modeling and standard practices.

What can I expect from this workshop? The session provides data architecture best practices and advanced data modelling techniques. We will cover each core aspect of data modeling and then illustrate the learning with hands-on labs that cover business case scenarios.

• Understanding different data storages in Power BI– direct/live/import
• Identifying dimensions, facts and granularity
• Building right relationships between data entities
• Validating your data model

Who should attend? Any roles tasked with providing data and/or building content for the Business Intelligence application.

Prerequisites: Attendees should have completed a General Power BI course, OR, 1-2 years of experience using Power BI. A basic understanding and experience creating Power BI reports is required. (Click here for course details)

What tools do I need? A computer with 2-cores and 4GB RAM running Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2, or later and a Power BI account.
