Yoga + Community Conversation: Black People's Mental Health & Total Well-Being

Join the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association for our Yoga + Community Conversation: Black People's Mental Health & Total Well-Being Event on October 26th at 6 PM EST and November 10th at 6 PM EST. This two-part virtual event will be facilitated by Cultural Fabric, an applied mindfulness company, and it will explore the concept of mental health as it relates to stress management, social conditioning, social and restorative justice, leadership development, and addressing racialized trauma.  

This event was created in partnership with the Massachusetts Bar Association, Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being, Burns & Levinson LLP, Mintz, Latham & Watkins LLP and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office!

Registrants will need to register for Part One and Part Two separately.
