DMMC 2015 Springfield Drive Down

Registration Now Open

We are pleased to announce that the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference will hold its annual overnight Springfield Drive Down on May 13-14.  Bus service will be provided to take members to and from Springfield.  Please consider forwarding this information to your fellow elected officials and staff members who may be interested in attending.   

On Wednesday, May 13, promptly at 8:00 a.m., the bus will depart from the parking lot of the Marriott Hotel in Naperville and bring members to Springfield for a luncheon, lobbying at the Capitol, and an evening reception with legislators. After breakfast the following morning, members will lobby their legislators at the Capitol, then return to the hotel for a debriefing and lunch. The bus will leave for DuPage at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14.

The Conference has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Springfield (note the change of location this year).  By clicking on the registration link below and filling out the required information, your hotel room will be reserved.

Cost for Bus Service:  $360  (includes snacks on bus, hotel room, luncheon and reception the first day, and breakfast and luncheon the second day)
Cost without Bus Service:  $245  (includes hotel room, luncheon and reception the first day, and breakfast and luncheon the second day)

The deadline to register is Friday, April 17. Reservations after this date cannot be guaranteed a room. No-shows and cancellations after April 17 will be charged in full.
