Packages

Conference Sponsor

(1 - 2) $20,000 for single sponsor or $10,000 a piece for co-sponsors

• Co-branding on all conference materials plus all partner benefits as below, plus negotiated extras.
• Recognition as a Conference Sponsor on visual display in vendor area.
• Guest speaker at Welcoming (5 mins. Presentation)
• Recognition during introduction of each conference session (language to be supplied by the sponsor by the advised deadlines).
• One (1) full 8x10 page, portrait, color company advertisement in the conference handbook (artwork to be supplied by sponsor by the advised deadlines).
• Acknowledgement as a Conference Sponsor on printed 2018 Iowa WIOA Partners’ Conference documents, including conference handbook and promotional flyers (if confirmed prior to print).

• Two (2) complimentary conference registrations, including attendance at all conference sessions and meals.

Meal Sponsor

(Up to 3) $15,000 for single sponsor or $5, 000 a piece for co-sponsors

• Verbal acknowledgement as the Conference Meal Sponsor during the meal.
• Acknowledgement as the Conference Meal Sponsor on printed 2018 WIOA Partners’ Conference documents, including conference handbook and promotional flyers (if confirmed prior to print).
• An opportunity to address guests at the Conference Meal (5 minute presentation only).
• Exclusive signage right with signage prominently displayed at the Conference Meal (pull-up banner or sign to be supplied by sponsor by the advised deadlines).
• An opportunity to place one (1) promotional item at each place setting at the Conference Meal (supplied by sponsor by the advised deadlines and no larger than 8x10 size).
• One (1) vendor table package.
• Three complimentary tickets to the Conference Meal.
• One (1) tote insert (supplied by the advised deadlines, lightweight and no larger than 8x10 size).

Plenary Session Sponsor

(1 for each session) $2,500

• Verbal acknowledgement as the Plenary Session Sponsor during the session.
• Acknowledgement as the Plenary Session Sponsor on printed 2018 WIOA Partners’ Conference documents, including conference handbook and promotional flyers (if confirmed prior to print).
• An opportunity to address guests and introduce the Breakout Session facilitators (2 minute presentation only).

• Company name/logo on Conference Tote.
• One (1) half 8x10 page, portrait, company advertisement in the conference handbook (artwork to be supplied by sponsor by the advised deadlines).
• Acknowledgement as the Tote Sponsor on printed 2018 WIOA Partners’ Conference documents, including conference handbook and promotional flyers (if confirmed prior to print).
• One (1) Tote insert (supplied by the advised deadlines, lightweight and no larger than 8x10 size).

Vendor Table Packages

(Unlimited) $300

• One (1) trestle table, two (2) chairs, and electricity upon request.
• One (1) tote insert (supplied by the advised deadlines, lightweight and no larger than 8x10 size).
• Includes two (2) conference meals for the duration of the conference, a name badge, handbook and tote.

Vendor Table Non-Profit or Professional Association Packages

(Unlimited) $100

• One (1) trestle table, two (2) chairs and electricity upon request.
• One (1) tote insert (supplied by the advised deadlines, lightweight and no larger than 8x10 size).
• Includes two (2) conference meals for the duration of the conference, a name badge, handbook and tote.

Conference Handbook Advertising

(Unlimited) From $50

Organizations are invited to purchase a full, half or quarter page (color) advertisement in the conference handbook. Specifications and dates for receiving advertisement will be advised closer to the conference. The handbook advising rates are:

• Full Page $200
• Half Page $100
• Quarter Page $50

Please Note

• A separate registration, with a unique email address, is required for each sponsorship.
• Company advertisements/logos should be sent to brain.dennis@iwd.iowa.gov. Logos will be requested in PDF and .jpg format, at least with a resolution of 300dpi. Should an alternative format be received, the Conference Planning Committee cannot be held responsible for the quality of the logos displayed in any of the promotional material.
