SCG Way Forward - September 2015

We would like to welcome you to the following event which may be of interest to you that will help further enhance SCG's efforts for returning Concorde to flight.

All delegates must register and pay registration fee BEFORE the event !

Welcome by Joe Cuddy with an introduction to the day including timings / ground rules and introduce the Chair and Key Attendees.

1. SCG Chairman’s Report presented by Ben Lord
2. BA Airframe Update (excluding G-BOAB – see item 4)
3. Status Report on AF Airframes / any Concorde projects and update on SCG’s French counterparts, Olympus 593
4. G-BOAB – SCG’s Proposal to BA and Club Concorde’s Proposal (Discuss the Current Status of Both)
5. SCG – Future Size and Shape.
6. Core Management Team:  
   • Who’s Who / How they are in those positions / Roles & Responsibilities
   • Vacant Positions: Technical Lead / Website Manager / Additional Social Media Assistants / Additional PR & Comms Assistants
   • Fundraising:  Report from Daz Gill – SCG Fundraising Manager 
   • Membership Drive:  Membership Executive / Package Specification (Costs & Benefits)
7. Open Forum Discussion with Panel of Chair and Key Attendees

We will break at 1pm for an hour, so everyone can have some free time to network and have a bite to eat.  Lunch is NOT included, however there are lunch options within the hotel. 

Refreshment & Toilet breaks will be at 11.30am and 3.30pm for 15 minutes
