Noreen Evans Birthday Celebration - May 6, 2012 

Come join Senator Evans for a fun-filled afternoon at the beautiful Vine Hill House outside of Sebastopol.  Be part of the spring festivities as we once again feature local products and businesses, seasonal food including Redwood Hill Farm goat cheeses and goodies from our local Farm Market. Premium wines from the Senator's district will, of course, be served!  GoLocal Coop will be there to tell you about their efforts to promote local businesses.  And don't miss the yummy birthday cake from Auntie B's - served with Sunshine Roasters Coffee and Guayaki Tea!!

Brulée, Jazz with a Twist will be bringing their 5-piece band to play jazz tunes, original songs and music for dancing.

Our guest speaker this year will be Michele Anna Jordan, local food writer and radio host.  We'll also have brief presentations from local Permaculturist Dave Henson of the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center and Trathen Heckman from 350 Garden Challenge.

Senator Evans has been an exceptional champion for us in Sacramento.  She is not afraid to stand up boldly for women's rights, state parks, health care, the environment, and much more.
