Rosalie Catalano

Rosalie Catalano is principal and founder of HRalacarte which she began in early 2006 as Keystone HR Consulting, LLC. With a passion for both the human resources and communications functions within organizations, she believes that without both effective communication and productive people an organization cannot thrive and prosper.

The mission of her work is to help organizations maximize employee satisfaction and optimize business communication to ultimately improve individual and organizational performance.

 Rosalie’s undergraduate degree from California University of Pennsylvania is in education and she has an MBA from George Washington University. She is a certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She currently serves as newsletter chair and marketing coordinator for the Miami Valley HR Association.

Prior to starting her own company, Rosalie worked in various executive and leadership roles in sales and marketing, corporate communications, and human resources in the laboratory products industry.
