Technical Overview of Package Pumping Systems and Tour of PumpTech Facilities 

The Engineering Committee and YPs have arranged a site tour of the PumpTech Facilities in Canby, Oregon. For this half day event, PumpTech has lined up several presenters to discuss the various types, and advantages, of packaged pumping systems.

Agenda:

• 11:30 - 12:00: Arrive and sign in
• Noon - 12:30: BBQ Lunch at PumpTech Inc.
• 12:30 - 2:30: Presentations
• 2:30 - 3:30: Pump Tech Shop Tour

Below is a rough draft of presentations and topics being considered.

• UL Package Pumping Systems: Discuss the difference between a UL package pumping system and a non-UL package system
• The various types of UL package pumping systems: Discuss common types and some not so common types of packaged pumping systems you will find on the market today
• TKFB systems will an emphasis on Blazer Industries Buildings: Turn Key Factory Built (TKFB) Stations are the elite type of UL packaged pumping system
• Integrating packaged pumping systems into your specifications: What you need to know in order ot specify a packaged pumping system.
