9th Annual Cascade to Coast
Wine for Water
The 9th Annual Cascade to Coast "Wine For Water" benefit for Water For People will be held July 27th at the beautiful Sweet Cheeks Winery located 15 minutes south of Eugene, OR. This fun event features a silent auction, live music, wine and craft beer tasting, a presentation, appetizers and a local food cart for additional food options. Event profits go to Water For People, a non-profit organization that helps support the development of locally sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities, and hygiene education programs in developing countries.
This year, we're lucky to have a representative from the Water For People headquarters who will share the impact of their work across Latin America, Africa, and India. Water For People promotes high-quality drinking water and sanitation services that are accessible to all and sustainable for generations to come. Hear how the funds from this night's event will be put to use! And back by popular demand is the Mutswi Wambuya youth marimba band from the Kutsinhira Cultural Arts Center, playing high energy music from Zimbabwe. A real crowd-pleaser.
Not only will there be fabulous Sweet Cheeks wine available, but non-alcoholic beverages and local craft beers on tap (first beverage included with ticket). Good for kids and families, too! Lots of room to romp about on the terrace.
