Customer Service Certificate Class         April 6th & 7th, 2020 

There is an increasing need for teamwork and unity in the workplace, each course will provide essential skills needed today. You will learn how to develop your skills as a member of a high-performance work team. Environmental Quality, Water Treatment, Conservation, Watersheds and Today's Diverse Workforce are just a few of the subjects covered.

CEU's will be awarded to water and wastewater professionals:

WA & ID 1.5 CEU's

Lunch and workbooks will be provided on each day of training

These courses are most effective when there is a good mixture of office and field personnel.  We also require that there be representatives from at least 3 different organizations.  This ensures that all of the participants interact with a divers gropu and receive the most benefit from the classes.

Upon completion of the 2 day course, participants will receive a Customer Service Certificate from AWWA.
