No-Cost Cloth Face Mask Information 

FEMA, through a joint effort with the EPA, the National Water and Wastewater Agency Response Network (WARN) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA), is providing a limited supply of cloth face masks, at no cost, on a first come-first serve basis to Oregon water and wastewater utilties/agencies.  

These reusable, single-size, cotton face masks are being distributed by Oregon WARN (ORWARN), by appointment, upon request (note that you do not need to be an ORWARN member to request/receive these facemasks).

To Request Facemasks for your Utility/Agency:

1. Click on the Register Now button below. 
2. Fill in required utility/agency information.
3. Submit your request.

We will then begin the process of getting masks to everyone.  The request form will be available until Friday, June 19th, unless the facemasks are depleted prior to that date.  Any questions, please contact me at the number or email below.
