Lessons Objectives 

  1. Gain overview of how QB works and how to get around in it.
  1. Edit company Chart of Accounts, add costumer & job and vendor.

 
  1. Learn how to work with register and reconcile QB bank account/ credit card.

 
  1. Discuss the different types of asset, Liability and Equity.

 
  1. Track inventory, issues PO and Pay bill.

  1. The use of the reporting and customization.

 
  1. Track time , payroll and sales tax.
    1. Progressive invoice and how to prepare collection letter.
Bring your laptops!!
Attendees must have their own version of Quickbooks on their laptops.
