If you have employees, an employee handbook can be a valuable tool for communicating important information about employment policies, supporting a positive culture, and helping to protect your business against legal claims.  This workshop is for anyone who wants to create an employee handbook or review the one you have.

This interactive workshop will cover the following topics to help you manage and protect your business:

Your Workshop Leader

Suzan Dick is a certified a SCORE mentor.  She is the founder of Level 10 Strategies, an HR consulting and executive coaching firm.  She previously held executive-level positions in the financial services and public sectors, playing a leading role in fostering a positive culture and garnering organizational recognition.  Suzan holds a BS in Business Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M School of Law.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Coach Federation, and the State Bar of Texas. 

Suzan will also cover some of the steps that business owners can take to manage the Employee Lifecycle.
