Your Workshop Leader

Suzan Dick is the founder of Level 10 Strategies, an HR consulting and executive coaching firm.  She previously held executive-level positions in the financial services and public sectors, playing a leading role in fostering a positive culture and garnering organizational recognition.  Suzan holds a BS in Business Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M School of Law.  In addition to serving as a SCORE mentor, she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Coach Federation, and the State Bar of Texas.


Suzan will also cover some of the steps that business owners can take to manage the Employee Lifecycle.
