The Right Words Just Work: Message Clarity Workshop - 09/17/2019 - C0120

This Message Clarity Workshop is about crafting the right words you need to win customers. During this fast-paced working session (bring your laptop!), we will audit and edit your customer-facing copy: the words (usually way too many) that describe you and your products/services. The simple truth: Customers buy what they clearly understand. If your customer is confused about how to work with you or how to refer you, you are LEAVING MONEY ON THE TABLE. If you aren’t overwhelmed with sales, then your message is not clear enough. If you sell something, this workshop is for you.

What we'll cover:
- Understand why you aren't connecting with your ideal customer
- Identify the key words that connect with your customers and close the sale
- Learn by doing with on-the-spot website and sales material reviews
- How to get your entire team on the same page to successfully sell

Fee $75

Instructor Bio: Carolyn Phillips is a Clarity Consultant (because when your brand tells a clear story, customers listen) and Conversion Copywriter (the art and science of getting click throughs instead of hearing “crickets”). She works directly with one-on-one business clients and hosts group sessions for founders trying to scale their companies, as well as online learning options coming soon.   Carolyn founded her first entrepreneurial venture in 2015 as the CEO & Chief Alchemist of Alchemy Pops, a gourmet frozen pop company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Alchemy Pops is about treating yourself (better) and serving up sunshine and smiles to customers. In 2019, she launched her business coaching and marketing clarity consultancy, Happily Ever in Business, to support entrepreneurs scaling to their potential, with particular emphasis on working with female founders. Carolyn holds a BA in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University and holds an MA in Sustainability from Arizona State University.
