Building Out a Successful Sales Program - 11/15/2019 - C0120 

 

This workshop is for entrepreneurs looking to improve or establish a successful customer acquisition approach to selling their product and/or services. 

The workshop will be very interactive in reviewing approaches specific to the following:

- Importance and clarity of business value proposition

- Understanding competitive differentiation

- Defining customer demographics

- Customer acquisition process

- Developing a sales projection process

- Understanding & employment of customer conversion process flow

 

If you are looking for ways to improve your sales and to incorporate proven techniques that help you understand how to achieve improvement in your revenue growth, then this workshop is for you.  Participants will begin to establish the methodologies and practices while attending this workshop.  This will be hands on experience that you can employ in your business immediately following your participation in the workshop.

Steve has a broad range of business experiences that include strategic leadership to growing and developing business markets specific to the marketing of employee benefits. Steve is a Certified SCORE mentor that also conducts workshops on how to develop an effective business plan. Steve is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
